I liked the room, the bed was nice. The staff were very amiable, the breakfast was warm with a lot offood. The location was convenient as for me, very close to shopping Center and bus stops and the local buses.

Affable and helpful staff, gave a lot of information. Location: the hotel was very close to the center of San Lucas. Ate at Mezcal, it's within walking distance of the venue.

I came here for 12 nights and had a really amazing stay. For a 4 star hotel everything was modern, I really enjoyed to be here. The property's location was favourable, near to restaurants, shopping Center and Medano beach, and the beaches. Moreover, it was about 20 mins walk from Playa el Medano. All the staff was very amiable and amicable, solved my issues. The breakfast was complimentary and hot and included.

My stay at City Express was amazing! The facility was beautiful and the staff was super nice. I loved the heated pool and the rooms were great. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach, and they even provided a taxi from the hotel to the airport. The free happy hour with Tequila on Tuesdays and Thursdays was a pleasant surprise. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay again!

Although the breakfast options were a bit limited, with just fruit and bread with jelly, it didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the hotel.
